VERY poor customer service.
We spoke to them a week before arriving in NSW and had a list of places we wanted to see (to buy). We even rang the night before leaving to confirm. That morning we arrive in NSW and...nothing. They didn't answer their phone and didn't meet us at the arranged time. They called back hours later and sounded as if we had put them out and said they could only meet us between 4:30pm and 5:pm...AWFUL!
Moody, never calls me back after 4 attempts. hypocritical & just plain rude. different set of rules for other people, we're getting fined & pretty much in trouble for a simply misunderstanding but others in the same situation we're fine & being allowed to continue with the actions. just disgusting service, we will not be buying our home through these people.
