We had A quote from Ians Garage Doors just before Xmas and had them installed yesterday, Russell who came out to give us a quote was fantastic firstly he was on time very friendly and highly professional in his product knowledge and explaining everything we would recieve with our purchase. We were very happy with the quality of the product and the install was no different excellent service very helpful in explaining how everything operated. We found all staff were great to deal with and would definitely recommend this company even though not the cheapest but certainly worth every cent for the a professional and hassle free transaction.
please be aware that once you have paid your money to Ian's Roller Doors that you that will have to deal with B&D roller doors as Ians doesn't want to know anyting about your problem. It took me 3 months and 3 new doors to get a perfect door with no marks or scratches. They kept telling me my new door was ordered but when ringing b & d they had no order, I found that I had to do all the chasing for months Ian's Roller door service is a joke. Stay clear!
I recently ran into my door and was stuck in the garage. Ian's technician called out quickly and got me out and temporarily repaired the door for me. My new door arrived within 3 weeks and looks great. The installer was friendly and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian's Garage Doors
Ians Garage Doors - Had Two Goes at install. Door has a fault. Told the door would be repaired or a least looked at before xmas. No one showed,no one called. Was then told door would be looked at Monday the 13th Jan. No one called ? Door still faulty. I Would strongly recommend not bothering with Ians.
They came out and fixed our roller door as and emergency. They were very nice, had it fixed in 10 minutes. Didn't realize that we WOULD PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR IT. Double their normal fee. Beware people!!
I am sure you would have been advised of the emergency call out rates at the time of inquiry as is Company policy and given the opportunity to have your door repaired later at standard rates
