I agree with Wayne2476 below. This is the worst experience I have had with tradies in my 67 years of experience. They tried to tell me the chlorinator was not large enough and that I needed to replace it and they wouldn't do any cleaning or anything unless I replaced the chlorinator. They swore at me and abused me profusely when I disagreed with their diagnosis on the basis of my 22 years experience with the pool. Over those years my pool has always used the same size chlorinator and has always been able to generate enough chlorine for the pool - often too much. Yes, sometimes I let the salt levels run down and had to treat for algae. That's what I did this time and I just wanted them to clean it up for me. But no, because they couldn't con me into buying something I didn't need, they not only would not provide the service, but they abused me profusely and repeatedly. Absolutely worst service I have ever experience! The owner is rude and more interested in whinging about his competitors then helping customers. How he has managed to stay in business is beyond me (just dumb luck is my guess). Took my chlorinator in for repair, as according to him, he is an expert with this brand. He told me where to go because I used a competitor before I found him.

There should be an option for minus stars!!!! Disgusting.

After being ripped off by various pool companies, it is an absolute pleasure to meet Ian. When I was rushed to hospital suddenly, just before Christmas, after having extensive ( and messy) work done around my pool just before Christmas, he came out several times at no extra cost, just to make sure my pool was perfect for the grandkids. Then he arrived this morning, asking how I was and making sure my pool is perfect. This is a man who does more than look after pools, he looks after people. Highly recommend this company

We asked for someone to come whilst we were away for 10 days to service our pool. When we arrived home our pool was green. When we raised concerns he advised the Skimmer box had to cleaned, pool cleaner had been taken out and not pu away properly. He noted the pool was going green but didn’t bother to put chlorine in, except a ‘little bit’ he had on hand. Not satisfactory and would not recommend.

Had organised for them to clean pool for a pool party gave them a months notice had to ring 5 days 4 days before party to ask when they where coming and found out they hadnt scheduled us at all, then after giving instructions to ring when here as we have dogs, he turned up the day before party didn't ring and left!!! When I rang to enquire when was he getting here he was really rude and arrogant and told me to ring Swimart! Totally unprofessional and arrogant. How can anyone like that still be in business. Needless to say has let a 12year old girl down for her birthday pool party. Not impressed at all!
