The iAscend team is headed by Rohan Cresp, a BHP trained Fitter and Turner with a Diploma of Risk Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma of Business Marketing from Monash. He also holds a Masters in Training and Development from University of Melbourne.
Rohan held a number of senior and responsible positions in hospitality, events management and labour hire before striking out on his own account to jointly found (1998) ASCET Training and then iAscend Polytechnic in 2003.
iAscend's team of instructors brings together a wide range of skills and extensive experience, not only in vocational education and training but in the industries for which they provide training. iAscend instructors have "walked the talk" and typically hold multiple training and industry specific qualifications.
