Found an absolute gem today in Berwick! If you are wanting to add quality pieces to your wardrobe, pieces that are stylish, made from beautiful fabrics, GORGEOUS designs you need to visit this store - ibare. I was pleasantly surprised - I have not walked out of a store with 8 items in a LONG LONG time. Thank you Cathy for your wonderful customer service too. I'll be back - I am looking forward to seeing your new collection :) A
Completely appalled at the discussing customer service displayed from staff at this gift store in Berwick.
The car park is clearly under a lot of strain at the moment whilst they build a new supermarket, thus leaving very limited parking for all local businesses.
I a young mum also pregnant took a park to go into the florist 5 doors down from the giftware shop, to have an extremely rude and childish female staff member rush out of her store and call out to me "hey Hun" where are you going? ...read more
Let me recall too... You where parked in our space which are CLEARLY labelled with 2 huge signs stating they are privately owned , we pay for these to ensure that our customers are able to park easily, after an hour you still had not returned to your car, pregnant you where, congrats! However we also have DISAbLED/elderly customers that actually come into our store and buy that really need those car spots which you decided to rudely take. ... unfortunately the car parks are troublesome now in Berwick, however having ignorant people rudely and selfishly park in places that are clearly not to be parked in is also troublesome x patience is a virtue, so I'm sure the florists parks would have become vacant if you waited a few minutes, or maybe call them to come out and hand deliver your flowers to you, even better all u had to do was pop ur head into our store right in front of that IBare parking sign u parked in front of.
