The store had an okay presentation, a little messy but considering the EOFY sales and only having one staff member on the floor I could understand why. However, we didn’t get greeted until after trying on clothing despite being the only ones in the store for over 15 minutes. Overall there’s nothing I could praise the store about, would definitely go back for the price range of their clothing though.

MY GOD this place has terrible customer service! The first time I went in I asked the staff to hold a dress (on the New Arrivals) rack, because I had to duck out to my friend across the road holding my bag and she refused rudely saying we dont hold sale stock. I said it wasnt on sale, explained the situation and she shrugged and smiled sarcastically we cant hold that

Second time I asked a staff to take a dress of the mannequin to try on as it was the only one in that size. We dont like to take stuff of the mannequins Finally she took it off and gave it to me.
