WALKER away, as there is cheaper alternatives. Rude development management, and software that is substandard each release.

My experience with Icon Global was negative. For a health care software suite, it's expensive and buggy and the development management is rude. Health is about caring. Look elsewhere for a software solution to other companies for your solution. You will be better off in the long run. The best move we did was to change.
