Icon Takeaway Cafe

Visiting my dad at home, he suggested getting takeaway for lunch and recommended the Icon Takeaway Caf to us and I was impressed, while it is inside a very small shopping centre there was seating both inside and outside, the dcor was interesting and the staff were very polite. The food was well displayed all the items for frying - scallops, crab sticks, fish, fish cocktails etc were all ready battered and ready for cooking. They do all the usual take away style food - coffee, cold drinks, milk shakes, fish and chips, chicko rolls, hamburgers, fish burgers, chicken burgers, chips, salads, rolls and sandwiches. The scallops, chips and crab sticks were all well cooked, not overly battered and you had your choice of chicken salt, regular salt or no salt, we were even asked what items we did or didn't want salt on.
