Visited Carling Ford I contact today with my mum yo pick up a pair of glasses that she has ordered. I asked them to adjust my glasses for me as it was a bit lose. They said they could do it for me but if any damage made to the glasses then they wouldn't take any responsibility. I still let them yo do it as I believe they should have the right skill for it as it to be a basic skill for the optomestrist. They took my glassess and blended boyh of the handle of the frame immediately. Oh dear, my heart nearly came out as they nearly broke my glasses. I took my glasses back immediately and then they blamed me not say thank you to and told me not to go back to the store as I am not welcome.
