I have been to Carl many times over the years and he successfully turned my not so fab blonde mane into a sleek and chic style... I didnt think miracles could happen but it did. He is a wonderful hair dresser and always remembers so much about my family and is always a pleasure to deal with. I have been to many hair dressers over the years and he is the only one where I havent had regrowth within a week or two after coming out of the salon as he gets really deep near the scalp. For anyone thats a natural brunette and wants the challenge of turning into a light blonde knows how annoying this is!
Worst hair I've ever seen resulted from a worker at this salon! Not on me, luckily, but a coworker asked for a caramel balayage (and provided a photo) and her hair came out a disgustingly unhealthy black with uneven caramel dye in the ends. I can't imagine what could be done to my own :(
This is a charming family owned salon in Margate (near Redcliffe). I've had 3 cuts and colours with Carl. He is friendly, efficient and a good, consistent hairdresser. I've seen a few other customers' end results and they looked good also. The prices are reasonable and the salon is always clean and comfortable.
