They have no customer service skills. They don't call when they say they will. I won't be using them again. The first time I used them they took six weeks to get my computer back since they wrote down the wrong password and waited till I contacted them. I should not have used them a second time. It took three weeks before I got my computer back but on the first week I got a phone call they were meant to call me back in half an hour to discuss the quote I queried I called them after not hearing for another two weeks. The had already done the work without my go ahead and it was available for pick up. When I complained about not being called the staff lied and said they had SMS'd me. Then they could not print my receipt because their printer was not working.
