The IGA on Hamilton has everything you really need. The whole place is practically brand new so is clean and well set out. With it being an island their stock drops from the mainland are by ferry and are infrequent so if you're here on a weekend you might be staring at a lot of empty shelves. The fresh produce is great though, all local, ripe, fresh and keeps really well. The bottle shop attached to IGA is expansive and usually very busy being the only one on the island.
