Bowen Therapy is a soft tissue therapy that originated some 50 years ago in Geelong Victoria and is now practiced extensively throughout the World.

It aids the body to balance, cleanse and heal itself through a series of gentle movements over muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves and fascia (connective tissue).

Bowen Therapy is a safe and effective form of treatment for people of all ages from babies to the elderly.

Each treatment session can last between 15-60 minutes depending upon your needs and can be performed through loose clothing.
