I used this company about 6 years ago and was just doing a google search out of curiosity to see if they were still in business because they did such a bad job. Sadly it looks like they still are and more people have had an expereince like mine. I had a kitchen done. Amongst other errors the skirtings were put in backwards and a penetration for a powerboard was cut out like it had been attacked with a hacksaw. When I complained about this they made a little frame to try to cover the poor cutting but it was a different colour to the cabinets and looked awlful (they spray painted it with whatever they had in the ute.) The installer was clearly not a carpenter and had no qualifications. I would definitely not waste money with these guys.
I am one of the reviewers below. Our kitchen and laundry is now three years old and things have gone from very bad to worse.
The paint chipping has continued with chunks of the supposedly 'high moisture resistant (HMR) board' literally crumbling away. I can push certain areas in with my fingernail, so it stands no chance against the odd glance of a utinsil in a working kitchen.

Have they committed to completing any remedial work? Did you escalate this to Master Builders as a dispute?
No. They have point-blank refused to undertake any remedial work apart from to supply new, better fitting kick boards (present ones have large gaps) however they never turned up to do the work.
I have not escalated. I'm not sure they are a member of Master Builders. I noticed they moved offices a couple of times recently and are presently under external administration. Unfortunately there may not be much to recover these days. If they (or its director) are still operating please be very wary of this company.
Very disappointed with the installation of our kitchen. We were told it would take 3 days and took two and half months before installation was completed. Bench top was cut incorrectly and had to be replaced. Owner is not strong on project managing the installation and it was completed in bits and pieces with us constantly chasing them up. After all this we still didnt even get an apology from owner. I would not recommend this company.
- Significantly protracted timetable.
- Composite stone benchtop cut too short leaving a 7mm gap by the sink.
- Multiple visible, open drill holes in cabinet by wet areas.
- Kickboards nearly 1cm too short leaving all screws visible.
- One cupboard door fell off within a couple of days due to incorrect screws being used by the factory - damaging new oak floor and dishwasher door.
- Painted doors not primed or cured sufficiently and so showing excessive chipping.
- Front loaded payment schedule leaves no chance for financial recourse.
- Owner is aware but not interested in rectifying the defects.
