one star is far to high for IKEA northlakes. this is the worst store for customer service. paid over 800 dollars for indoor setting and bought 2 small pillows that matched. a small amount of water was spilt on the cushion and the color of the cushion leached onto the new chairs. I took them back to northlakes store and they said that we should have spent more money on colorfast cushions.
it said nothing that they were not colorfast on the cushion instructions. lt has completely ruend the chairs. Never again am l shopping at Ikea and neither will our extended families.....
Every time we've been here I have never struggled to get a park. Head on down to Logan Ikea, its always an issue, as is traffic - so its a lovely change for Ikea. Head inside - all your usual Ikea fanfare and goodness. Service has been lovely and helpful and of course everything is super easy to find!
It's a bit of a maze as always but was super happy to go in there on a week day and for it not to be crazy. Was able to check stock levels before I went and found everything i needed with ease. All the staff I met on the way round were helpful to. My only hope is that it is that easy to get round next time and not crazy busy.
Will also stop for meatballs next time ??
Ikea North Lakes Worst place ever been they have paid parking for a start took us 45 min to find a car park no signs in car park OMG not even ikea this way so now been a hour since we got threw the paid parking gate then we got inside so we get threw the first level its now 2 hours since we got threw the paid parking gate and its lunch time to we got in the long long line for food to get all the way up to the food to find the trolly for the plates are on the other side of the shop so now have to get out of line but we now look at the clock and now think KFC on the way home is going to be quicker so did not go the rest of the way threw IKEA we left so when we found our car we drove around and around and around to find our way out we got to the gate i think we made it with about 5 min to spare till we had to pay for ...read more
