Popped into IKU for a bite to eat, a late lunch. It's organic, healthy and they have vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. I got a cabbage salad with dressing, a Mezze plate which has nori rolls, rice balls and polenta. Plus also a semolina biscuit. Certainly healthy! I have had the vegetable lasagne before which is delicious. Good for a quick bite to eat or as a takeaway option.
