Iku Wholefood

It is hard to find good healthy food on Oxford St so I was super happy to discover an IKU here.

I never thought vegan food could taste so delicious! IKU is one of the healthiest fast food options in Sydney. The store in Darlinghurst is worth going to. Although it has such a large dining area, it looses the more homely ambience of a smaller store.

After eating here I honestly felt powered up for the whole day. It was a satisfying healthy meal of lentil casserole with brown rice. There was so much to choose from I actually took about 10 minutes to decide. My partner had a tempeh and pumpkin curry which I also tried and that was scrumptious also. Both my kids shared our meals as they were generous servings and they also gobbled them up with no hesitation. Very clean and family friendly environment. Throughly recommend.
