Average..for a steak that cost me $35, it wasn't cooked to my preference and it was brought out on a hot plate..which continued to cook it till it was tough.
I found it odd to bring out a separate plate of plain veggies (broccoli undercooked) and to also have no carbs. No potato or chips, you might want to rethink the dish.
You also might want to get eftpos, you've been there for how long? And you still only take cash?
And please, do not make your customers get their own drinks. It's not a subway, it's meant to be a nice restaurant. You're not THAT busy that your servers can't bring a drink to the table..
