I broke my screen, they had to order a part in so took a month to repair. Paid $150 only to find they'd broken the microphone in the ear piece. They had to order another part in. 6 weeks later they say they can't fix it. I go in for a refund, they will only refund me $80 unless they can take the screen off and give it to me with no screen, then still not a full redund only $120 back. I PAID $70 FOR THEM TO HAVE MY PHONE FOR 3 MONTHS AND GIVE IT BACK BROKEN
