staff are very friendly, most of doctors are great, BUT, I wanted to see a particular doctor and first time I booked appointment at 6pm and finally saw doctor at 6:40pm. Second time again I was there at 6pm and at 6:40pm the patient who has appointment on 5:30pm just went in. I cancelled and went home. Other doctors where on time and finished their day work and went home but still this Dr..... zzzzzzz .....
If you need to see a particular doctor it is probably because he or she takes time time with their patients and that sometimes means they will be running behind time. What I love about my doctor at Illawong is that he treats me like a person, not just an appointment slot. Isn't that what we want in our medical practitioners.
