I advertised my private sale with Investor Mentor a few times - basically with no responses. The last time I placed the ad, I got a call to my mobile from a person who had seen my ad with these people and had rung a few times, but only got an answering machine which just cut off. They had found my number on another private ad I had, and wanted to let me know. I recently received an email from this company, advising me of an enquiry about my property, but the people had both rung and emailed over a period of about a week, and received no response from InvestorMentor, and they had not forwarded any messages on to me. It was only because the potential buyers persisted that I finally received their email. It makes me wonder how many other enquirers there were that didn't persist. Sure Investor Mentor place the ad, and it's at a reasonable cost, but do they answer the phone or forward on all enquiries?
Wish I had read this comment before I used this company. Waste of money...and loss of rental income.
