We took the opportunity to visit Image Portrait Studio for a family photoshoot. It was a big family reniuon. 4 kids under the age of 5 teengers and 3 adults family and the grandparents. The photos were great. Everyone loved the experience and the photographer was fun and very patient with us and with the kids. Highly reccomended!
I was so disgusted in the business ethics of this company!
Upon over extending limits on our budget for photographs, within 1/2 hour of returning and trying to rectify my misjudgement, I was told I was too late. Proofs had already been sent to printer.
Barred physically, from speaking to management, by the lady who had previously “wooed” me with music, chocolates and “the experience.”
Tried legally to at a later date, to renege on this , but unfortunately, caught in the fine print.
This was supposed to have been the outcome of “winning a competition.”
Cost us $2,000 and never picked up photography chosen as it was such a distasteful experience.
Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
I must admit that when my wife suggested we get some family portraits done up in Perth, I wasn't all that pumped... but all my concerns were dispelled when Rob greeted us at his studio in East Perth for our shoot. He and his staff were really welcoming, and while I've never really been all that comfortable in front of the camera, I gotta say that it went really smoothly. We could have been anywhere with the kids, really, it was that easy! All the pics have a really natural feel to them, and will definitely last the test of time.
My initial fears were proved unfounded! We got exactly the photos we wanted for the price we expected to pay, and the photographs are infinitely better than anything we could have organised ourselves.
I would definitely recommend Image Portrait Studio to friends, family and strangers alike.
I too 'won'a voucher towards a photo shoot. The photographer was lovely and did take some good pictures. However as soon as it became clear to Image Portrait Studio that we would not be spending thousands of dollars on pictures they completely lost interest in us. Eight weeks and still no photos, phone calls have not been returned,an email ignored and when I have spoken to someone at the studio the attitude is one of complete indifference. Twice now I have been told our pictures are in the post - we shall see! How different from their attitude to us when we were booking the appointment and viewing the images. How much more polite and efficient would they have been had we ordered a couple of thousand dollars worth of pictures? These people are only interested in how much money you will spend.
