I just purchased a car, a Ford Focus, from Wally and it was the best experience I have had purchasing a used car. He gave us a good price for a lovely car with low kilometres. Wally was very easy to communicate with, open to negotiation, and friendly. He went out of his way to do some extras, including putting new tires on the car, organising extra roadside assistance and brake pads. Highly recommended service.

I bought a car couple of months ago. Wally lied to me about the performance of the car. He doesn't keep his words. Once sold, customer is no concern of his. He doesn't explain all the conditions and hides many critical issues of cars intentionally to misguide customer and then later blames customer. Through my experience, I found him dishonest and I do not recommend Imex at all.

I went around to see a car I was interested in buying with cash. They guy "Wally" said I'm scrutinising the car too much. I came back home, did my research, called up Wally the next day and offered a price. He hung up the phone on me saying that I'm wasting his time.

I bought a car from Imex Motors not long ago. I love the car and I have to thank Imex Motors for everything. Wally, the owner, is a genuine man who deals honestly and with integrity. A rare find in this market. Wally made the buying process easy and stress free and was very patient in allowing for me to make a decision and take the time to find finance before buying my car. Any minor teething problems I had Wally was more then happy and willing to help me which I greatly appreciate. I can highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car to use and to trust Imex Motors. I will recommend to friends and family and I will be back to buy my next car. I feel comfortable advising to ignore previous negative comments that I do not believe to be a true reflection of the business I have nothing but positive things to say.

Bought my car from this place over a month ago after a friend recommended it. The service was good and the process was stress-free but most importantly - absolutely love my car!! Would definitely suggest this place to others.
