iMove Physiotherapy

Great Physio. Had my first appointment on Saturday as a few friends had recommended. The guys were great. Definitely will be recommending to others!

I thought it was a good physio but their customer service is not great.

I had a few appointments and had booked another.

Then I received a call telling me I had missed my appointment. Checked my diary, and the appointment was not until next week.

Called them back and was told they had an IT glitch - my original appointment for next week had disappeared and somehow I suddenly had an appointment that I had never booked, a week earlier.

IT glitches happen and I get that. So I asked for my original appointment back but it had been booked online by someone else.

I couldn't do any of the other suggested times as I have a busy work calendar and I don't work nearby. Again I asked for my original appointment and they refused.

The physio doesn't think this is bad service but I do.

So sadly, I'm going elsewhere. Hope your experience is better than mine.
