Impact Carpet Cleaning

Recently used the services of Impact Carpet Cleaning and was amazed by what a great job they did. Having had a 3 seat couch cleaned which was very grubby, a leather lounge cleaned and several rooms of carpet. All areas & lounges came up brilliantly! I could not have asked for more with regard to the technician either, he was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend Imapct Carpet Cleaning to anyone.....stains that have been there for too long....REMOVED!!!! Couldn't believe it.....so happy....and soooo fast drying. Will definately use them next time :-)

I wish I had checked out Truelocal before we engaged Impact Carpet Cleaning. We were called by Impact, receiving one of those marketing calls "we're in your area and offering 25% discount", so I thought why not - saving $ is always good even though we've been happy with our usual guy. The 'technician' was here for just over an hour, doing the lounge, 1 large mat, stairs and the walkway areas in 3 bedrooms. Efforts were made to lift 2 of the stains, but many smaller ones were missed completely. Those they tried to lift left chemical stains around them, and showed very little improvement. I then tried with my domestic carpet cleaner.... success! Even though I told them this, we were given no refund for the extremely poor results. We won't be using them again.

Today Impact Carpet Cleaning charged an 87 yo woman $209 for lounge/dining and hallway. Were in and out in 20 min inc pack up time. Charged to ''treat stains'' which was not done. Charged for ''sanitisation'' which was not done. Despite our complaint they would not refund. Elderly lady very upset.
