They refused to pass MY details onto THEIR clients so they could contact me to arrange fence payment, then actually hung up in my ear when I asked them to explain why they wouldnt pass them on?
If there is a genuine reason, explain it to me so I understand, dont just hang up in my ear.
Would not recommend this company at all.

If its a fencing issue is the business instructed in the matter?
They are a conveyancer not a legal representative of the owner in all matters.
If not, why should they act to help you?
Are you their client, if not, what right do you have to request them to do something for you?
It may not be good manners, but they can talk to whomever they want to, or not talk to them.
You really should assess your own standing first before criticising others.
