Imperial Crest Hair Company

I have been looking for a new hairdresser in the area and thought I would give Imperial Crest a try. I was just wanting a quick trim, nothing crazy. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and straightened my hair (it had been blow dried wavy) to find one side was noticeably longer and it was uneven in length when I had specifically asked for a blunt cut. I went back promptly to notify the salon that I was unhappy with the cut. They got another staff member to fix it but they did not offer me an apology or show much concern about the situation. I won't be going back here.

The owner contacted me after my review about the poor service from my treatment on Sunday and asked if I would consider coming back during the week to have my colour done as the treatment strips the colour. I agreed and am so glad I did.



The staff were all amazing, so friendly and helpful. Was offered a drink straight away and had plenty of magazines.



My stylist Melissa was amazing. Spent a nice amount of time consulting and ensuring that we both had the same idea. She coloured my hair so well and styled it exactly how I liked. She offered me anthee tea when mine ran out, ensured that I was comfortablandy all times and was great to chat away to. So happy with her treatment and will definitely be going back to her.



All in all I'm very glad I gave them another go and would highly recommend them. I know I will definitely be going back in 6 weeks for my next colour.

Spoke to someone on sat about a treatment for sun, they were very lovely and polite, organised a deal for me as I was having an expensive treatment.

Not the same experience on the Sunday, not very good customer service, didn't offer drinks or magazines and I was there for 3 hours. Hairdressers were talking to each other about other workers and their holidays, very annoying.

Not very happy with the service but the treatment was fine.

Good hairdressing salon - they are open on a Sunday which is great for those Sunday nights out.

Such awesome service in here. The staff are heaps of fun, and l had the best cut and colour. They were not snobby like lots of people in Brighton and had a really good price. I was reccomended to go here and l can see why. I am not scared to go to the hairdressers any more!!!!!!
