I too have had extensions done here however a totally different experience. I had my extensions in for nearly a year(tape) and had them lifted every eight weeks. They looked amazing every time they were done. I have had them done in both salons and although each has a different vibe, l have always received the same great service. They are a busy salon so often can leave you while colour is processing but always have a couple of glasses of wine for me if l want them. If l did have a concern or question l would certainly talk to the owner and she will fix it for you. I guess that l have been loyal to them for 10 years so my experience is different. On the couple of occasions l did go else where l was never happy.

I got $660 hair extensions at this salon, which included a colour. WHen they coloured my hair, they left me there for 45 minutes, and i knew the colour was going to be too dark for the extensions. Anyway so they put it in, for $660 they amount of tape extension they put in for my hair wasnt enough, i could buy tape extensions on ebay for $200 and there the same quality,because they are made in China. They said the colour would wash out, which it didnt. Its still ugly and way darker than the extensions. Did a cheap job matching the colours. Will definetly not go back there again.
