Imperial Hotel

For some reason I didn’t find this place as great as some of the other pubs in the area. Maybe it was just that I had my expectations set just that little bit too high. The service was good, as was the selection of beers, however there was something that didn’t make me want to say that this was a great pub, or even a good pub. I think it was probably just me, or that it had just been reopened and hadn’t really picked up the vibe just yet.

From Trivia Night to live bands to a game of pool and even Salsa Dance classes, for those standing under the colorful flag of pride this is an Iconic venue that has watched the unfolding of change and been the meeting place of such for many in the community for a generation. It doesnt matter what food they serve, it has a bar and many people will and still call this place home.

Love this place once you walk in you never walk out until late great vibe

Nice place, good vibe and everyone is pretty relaxed and friendly.

Been in here a good few times. Few different areas to the bar downstairs dark with bar and stage. mostly djs that play here. There is a back room bus I haven't been in it yet. Main floor when you walk in has pool tables. This is a gay friendly bar but there are is a total mix of clientele. Open till 6am so great from some late drinks. staff are always friendly.
