The yum Cha dim sums are good but that's they only positive thing about it. Staff is rude and don't expect any customer service here.

Very rude staff - You ask questions and the staff who have been working there for years make a big scene. We have been going on and off for years and recently we had another bad experience. The staff have a bad attitude!

There's nothing too regal going on here. The ambience is non existent. The decor is bland & tired. But you dont come for the looks. Come here for the great yum cha, served hot, fresh & with a smile. They have all the usual suspects - a vast array of dumplings, siu mai, pork buns, chicken feet etc etc plus they have a veritable treasure trove of sweet fare on offer. Yep, this place does yum cha well. A bonus at the end - it was cheap! How often do you get caught in the moment with yum cha only to get a shock at counter? Not here. Four of us (& our son) ate well & it totalled $80. Winner in my books & in my wallet!

We had been going to this resaurant regularly for about fifteen years! We have now stopped going. In all that time the staff never recognised us (many staff haven't changed over that time) and worse, the carpet has gradually got dirtier and dirtier until we found it quite disgusting. We told the staff, but they just say 'yes yes' and seemed to ignore us. I can't fault the food - consistently good and the place is often full of Chinese patrons, but there are other good Chinese restaurants around where they have more courtesy and cleaner surroundings.

The person who took our order got irritated when we ordered an entree size of a dish which was on the menu. When we did not order a dish that they recommended, they literally snatched the menu away from us and walked away. The food was average.
