10/10 service, quality and price. Can not fault the team at Imperial from start to finish. Had a couple of material delays which is understandable at the moment, and I was kept up to date throughout. All handled professionally and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
Extremely happy and satisfied with the team at Imperial Kitchens. From the initial design stage right through to final build, the knowledge, attention to detail and expert advice received was exceptional. In just a short few weeks the kitchen was completed on time, more importantly the result far beyond my expectation. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of a superior quality kitchen. Great job!!!
Just noticed the "Consumernumber1" review and while it may have been reflective of their customer experience I totally disagree. We built a home in 2011 and Imperial Kitchens did our kitchen plus laundry, and bathroom vanities. Their price couldn't be beaten and the quality 5 years on is still great. We used vinyl wrap with stone tops. Having said that my builders knew the owner of IK so we dealt with him direct so there was certainly no customer service issue.
Not sure about the quality of products because I had huge difficulty getting any sort of customer service. This business is obviously severely understaffed and when I enquired about being served the only people available were quite rude and abrupt.
Definately need to review their recruiting process and employ some nicer and brighter people.
