Been a devotee of this restaurant for around 10 years now. Food always consistently good and service friendly and efficient. Not sure what went wrong this week?
Service very ordinary. Staff appear appear untrained, and some rather rude. Water glass dirty, noticed food scraps under/around table, small black flies buzzing our food all night. Food presentation and table service very rough and ready, compared to past experience.
During service of one dish, a woman arrived to photograph the food and our waiter, without a word, or even requesting permission from,us. Very intrusive.
At the end of dinner, a utility trolley was wheeled to the table and the plates/with food scraps were noisily piled in to plastic buckets In front of us !! - disgusting.

My one (and last!) experience of their yum cha was that it was below average, even for a suburban yum-cha joint. I'm glad to hear dinner is much more enjoyable, and will give this place another chance.
