Imperial treasure is located inside Club Central at the busy suburb of Hurstville. The Chinese restaurant is known for its dim sum that they serve during the morning and evening sessions.
The restaurant alone is actually quite small and very crowded during dim sum time, but sometimes they would utilise the very large function rooms next door that would have otherwise been empty, making it far quicker to get a table.
The dim sum offerings are of Hong Kong origin and therefore the selections and taste were very authentic. There were even dishes that I have never heard or seen before in my entire dim sum experience, like the mixed of pork ribs, taro, and mushroom wrapped in tofu skin.
The service also follow suit. The staffs speak Cantonese by default and most don't even serve in English. While some have their to-the-point manners, most of the food-cart ladies were very friendly.
