Through this activity and related prior change management activities in other large organisations, it became apparent that the success of business initiatives and change activities related directly to the demonstrated leadership and behaviours in the management and team members associated. It was this "kernel" that prompted Impetus into a direction to work with small, medium and large organisations wishing to drive organisational change and development to their best possible outcomes.
