I'd like to congratulate there customer service person for the prompt response, regretfully after that it all go's wrong.
We recently purchased an entertainment unit from Osborne Park, coming in at almost $1100 are expectations were high, sadly trying to pass an electical plug through the cut slot we discovered it's to small to allow this, the store checked my claim and agreed I was right, there proposed solution was to send someone to attempt to enlarge it with a Jigsaw, a solution I declined as it impossible to create a clean cut with a Jigsaw, they weren't interested in resolving it properly and we've reached an impasse, I would never use them again and I'd do my best to dissaude everyone else..

We bought a sofa from OSBORNE PARK Store. We waitted for a looooooooong time (20weeks) and we are not really happy with the product either(bad desgin as only can found out by using it). The store manager was very arrogant with a very few communications. We will never buy from them again! Be awared!!!!

Impressions Furniture stocks some beautiful furniture and occasional pieces. The furniture is not exactly cheap and some items are on the pricey side, however they have a unique and large range to choose from. The lounges are custom made, so you have to wait a few months for your lounge to be made and delivered, however I was very happy with the leather lounge I purchased so it was worth the wait. If you are looking for something a little bit different and dont mind paying a little bit more than the mainstream furniture stores, this place if definitely worth a visit.
