Impressions Furniture

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly, my furniture looks great we were very happy.

I bought a 3/STR lounge with chase from Impressions furniture Cannington. The customer service was very poor. Lounge wasn't aligned with chase and has manufacturer faults. I contacted and informed store next morning after receiving lounge and staff was very rude and after few phone calls the owner of the store came to my house to look the lounge and declared there is nothing wrong with the lounge without even listening to me and he was very aggressive towards me front of my child to the point that my son started crying. He sent tradies to change two feet of the lounge to make it look aligned even though he was declaring himself that there is nothing wrong with it. Once you have paid for the goods staff will treat you very badly and wouldn't listen to the problem. I never experienced this sort of service from any of the furniture stores before. Purchased a dining set, sales staff were really helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a store with a great range and great customer service. 4/5

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone at all. I bought a set of sofa, but they were far too big to fit in my lounge so I went back to the Store if I could exchange with something to smaller to fit in my lounge. A management staff was happy and arranged for pick up the next day. I heard nothing from them and called the management staff to see if the arrangement has been made. The management staff said they couldn't get through the warehouse as they were too busy moving stocks to a new warehouse and would call me back. However, I waited for days, a week and two weeks but heard nothing back from the management staff. I tried to call them so many times but they didn't return my calls. Very bad customer service and didn't do what they had promised. I regretted spending nearly $10K in the Store.

Paid in total for a dining table. Men delivered a flat pack!!!! NEVER was it mentioned that I would get a box, instead for a table. Apparently most of this type of furniture is in flat pack. BEWARE - if you want flat pack furniture, elsewhere will be cheaper!!!!!!!
