Impressions in Highton

My 13 year old son went in for a haircut and walked out 13 minutes later with a bad haircut. Overconfident hairdresser who came across as a bit rude when I was trying to suggest how he would like it but did her own thing anyway. I paid $35 for a haircut that she spent 10 mins doing!!! Way overpriced for a couple of snips.

Have had 1 good experience here and 1 bad one. Both with different hair dressers. Both times went in for "general maintenance" as am growing my hair and this is the basic outline of what I said I am after when I went there. The first time, that is what I received, including friendly chit chat, welcoming and good vibes.

The second time, I did not receive the cut I asked for - nothing major, just general maintaince and head in the direction of balanced lengths all over my head is all I asked. The back of my head has lost at least a years worth of growth and she thinned the rest of my hair out significantly. While barely trimming the rest of my hair, which is all I was after. Do not value regular clients, staff keep changing prices at each visit. Inconsistent management.

Great value for money although it was a bit pricey, the only critisism is that my appointment was arbitrary 3:45 and I get myan hair done at 4:15 so they need to a work on their time management
