Really impressed with the whole process. What i signed up for was what came out in the final contracts - same price, no extra siteworks charges like the last time i built. The quality and price were really good, we shopped around a lot, came back and our rep beat everyones price. Home was built in 23 weeks from siteworks. Only couple of minor things to pick up at final inspection. All in all great home 5 stars.
I am currently building with Impressions. Danielle Rae has been amazing and has delivered on every promise made. I had all of the cost up front and nothing changed when I got my contracts. I was into construction really fast and we are now only a few weeks away from moving in. Great job Impressions, we will be back for our next home.
Having built with a number of builders over the years, my experience with Impressions has far exceeded my expectations. The main reason for this is Neil Boyd who is much more than a salesperson and provided levels of service that I thought were extinct. From my first meeting onwards with Neil I did not feel the hard sell and instead Neil was using all his knowledge and experience to help me get the house I wanted at the right price. After I did sign to build with Impressions Neil was available to communicate with throughout the whole pre start and build process. After building a number of houses with other builders, Neil Boyd is the only salesperson I have been able to have continuing contact with after the contract is signed. I understand Neil get's a lot of clients from repeat business and referrals.All I can say is he has got me and my family as client's for life. Utter absolute rubbish from start to finish.We had two friends deciding on a builder.Thankfully for them they,ve seen this dismal attempt and are choosing another builder.Wish we,d have known then we would have ran like the devil was at our heels.Word of mouth is a powerful advertisement either for or against......
