Quite the opposite of impressive! Our encounter with this company proved to be an incredibly dreadful and anxiety-inducing ordeal. The quality of their work fell far short of our expectations, and the installation process resulted in damage to our property, with no apparent concern or effort to rectify the situation from the installer's end.

Happy with my wardrobes and Carlos is a good installer!

Worst customer service I have experienced. The guy that came out to quote was lovely, professional and efficient hence why we chose to go with this company. From time of install to 5 long days later, we experienced a rude dismissive manager who gave multitudes of excuses as to why they had stuffed up (yet no communication with the client until I called them on day of install asking why the walk in wardrobe was apparently not getting installed), many unreturned phone calls (even from the owner who promised he was personally looking after the job, days of delay (which cost us money due to other trades having to be pushed out and time off work). While the wardrobes look good, I would never use or recommend them again as they do not value customer service at all .

I decided to deal with Impressive Wardrobes for the 2nd time after I had a great experience with their customer services in the 1st time. this time I am really surprised with the highest level of customer service I got especially the installer, Carlos who was professional and attentive to details, I appreciated his efforts to make sure everything looks perfect.

Am happy with Impressive Wardrobes especially the installer, Carlos who was professional and attentive to details and cared that the customer is happy with his work. The salesman's attitude needs improvement though.
