I am a new client to In Awe Salon.
I have to say, I was amazed at the great customer service!
They have a book for clients to read called the salon guide and it has all of the salons information and a touching mission statement, not to mention an after 5pm drinks menu!!
My hair looks amazing and was done by Sean.
He is just lovely and has done an amazing job.
I don't think I've ever felt so comfortable in a salon and I've already booked my next appointment!
I'm also telling all of my friends because if I refer4 friends my colour is free!!!
I had a very bad experience in this salon. I asked for a slight trim for my all 1 length hair and to add soft layers in the front & blow dryed straight. Owner also suggested colour that I was assured would cover greys. - I left with a very short bob which was longer in the front, colour that was completely unnoticeable, still grey and a blow-dry which had my hair flicking out 'Mary Tyler Moore' style! So much for 'listening to your customers'. Owner Megan offered to re colour after I rang to complain the next day, I left the salon with bland flat all over colour that is too dark for my skin tone. Great waste of $130.!! - Never again.
