In Bloom

Do not go here the quality of flowers is very bad. Flowers are always old nothing is fresh at this store. Anywhere else is better go anywhere else but here

The quality is not the best here. Many times I have walked away without a purchase because flowers are wilting and seem rather old. Coles is nearby and sometimes it is more justifiable to purchase from there .Staff are friendly enough.

Purchased a bouquet for a friend's graduation this morning from In Bloom, price was very affordable and flowers arrangement looks impeccable. While friend's parents ordered another bouquet from another florist and they told me to pick it up as well...when I got there, I was shocked to see how terrible the bouquet looked. I didn't know what to do because my friend's parents would be awfully disappointed if they see it....so I brought the bouquet to In Bloom and asked for their advice to help save the horrible looking graduation bouquet with "funeral-looking color palette", the staff was very helpful to turn the disaster around. The staff helped me pick out some affordable choices of flowers to add to the bouquet.....anyway, services are great, very friendly and helpful and they have a really good artistic eye in flowers arrangement!

If you buy flowers from here, do check they are fresh. I bought some recently without checking - when I tore off the wrapping, the foliage on the lower parts was slimey and smelly.. When I rang to complain the explanation was that they came from the markets that way. Somehow I don't think so. If you prefer your flowers fresh, go elsewhere.
