In Focus Eyecare

I had my eyes tested for contact lens earlier this year. They charged me a fee for the eye test and a $50 fitting fee which cannot be claimed from private insurance. Even though I mentioned that I have been wearing contact lenses for several years. As it turned out they gave me a script for a different contact lens to the one I have been using, so when I went to re- order my contact lens later in the year I was unable to do so. When I called In Focus to get the matter resolved they said that they could only recommend the lens's I had been fitted for and they could not change the script. I have now had to go for another I test. Thanks for wasting my time and money!
