More thorough quoting process than others, took full measurements and sketches. Didn't have to wait long to have a quote done, but despite several calls and messages left, several months after the quote took place I still haven't received anything. Gave up waiting!

I am sorry that you are disappointed however I am wondering what it is that you were waiting for. Once a quote has been sent and reviewed the next step from there is to let us know that you would like to go ahead and arrange a start date. This can be done either by phoning or replying to the email that you received your quote from. As I am the only one who answers calls to In2 Bathrooms I am sure that I would have responded to " several calls and messages left, (for) several months" or any requests to book in a job or an enquire, unless of course you called on a private number and didn't leave a message. I never received a quote by email or in the mailbox and also at least three messages left on the mobile were not answered.

This bathroom company is without a doubt the best we have ever had any dealings with. Ideas were forthcoming and everything was double checked before work even started. Tai's quote was very competitive and the workmanship is so good other people in the renovation industry have asked for contact numbers. Thank you for an awesome job on all the work you did. Gutting, replacing & extra tiling throughout our home. It's perfect.
