Inala Day & Night Pharmacy

The main advantage of this pharmacy is that it is open until 8 pm nearly every day. With so many shops around Brisbane shut at 5 it is a great advantage!
The service is slow though, and the place looks tired and not very neat, but I never experienced rude treatment like the other commenters here. Perhaps, because I don't use or buy prescription drugs.
Anyway, I'm glad this pharmacy exists. It is very convenient.

The fact it is open late is the only reason it survives & it's the only pharmacy servicing the many elderly people in the area who can't travel to major shops easily. Overpriced, incompetent staff. It used to be a nice pharmacy back in the day when it had competition on same block, now it's just a dirty grotty chemist that makes 1000's. Not that I blame them as they could have patients in & out in minutes. I waited over 15min for a script recently & I was only 1 in shop. Shame on you Inala Day & Night you are giving Biota St Day & Night a REALLY bad name...

This pharmacy is wonderful! I have been here on many occasions since moving into the area and every time has been an absolute pleasure! The staff are friendly and I can always see that they have my best interest at heart.
Also having young children, I am just so grateful that they are opened until late everyday!

Definitely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The service was so slow even when there was no one else waiting, at least 30min wait for 1 script, why? The pharmacist was so rude, definitely no customer service here and the staff seem to always check with them about any queries I made. The management is rude, arrogant and unwilling to listen or reason when questioned about the way things are done at this pharmacy. This is the most expensive pharmacy around and by far the worst looking pharmacy too, definitley not clean. What happend to duty of care or customer service as at inala day and night pharmacy this does not exist. The staff and management should be dissapointed as there isn't one nice thing to say about this pharmacy.

This has got to be the most expensive pharmacy in town, for example ear drops we normally buy for $29, this pharmacy just charged us $49. When questioned about the price they proceeded to say prices have gone up. Very unprofessional.
