Why You Should Get a Pest Inspection

Timber damage caused by pests can reduce the value of your property. Most household insurance policies do not cover termite damage.
A building inspection report does not include the detection of termites or other wood-destroying pests.

What's Included in a Pest Inspection
A building pest inspection includes a general pest inspection report.
The aim of the report is to:

- Assess past and present damage done by these pests
- Identify active termites
- Recommend ways to rectify any problems
- Provide advice on the environmental condition of your home
- Provide information about the damage a particular pest can cause.
