We are a dynamic registered food training organisation delivering a wide range of integrated training, assessment and consultancy services.

We offer a community based professional and industry development approach and seek to include individuals and enterprises to participate in the improvement of their local area.

We offer a range of retail certificates, tailored to your current needs.

We come to you, and provide customised, individual training at your workplace, or ours if you prefer.

We charge a commencement fee of $500, which can be claimed back IN FULL through the Australian Training Voucher scheme.
Our trainers are highly skilled, experienced in their own profession.

We also offer online alternatives! Complete the theory component of your training in your own time from home, school or office.

RPL, face to face, online, distance, one on one or groups - we cater for all your needs and situations!

Employer incentives of at least $4000 are also available for Cert 3 qualifications.

And Tools for your Trade initiative provides up to $800 for the purchase of new trade tools for your job.
