This ensures that you have the guarantee properly explained so that you are fully aware of the implications and risks associated with signing the guarantee.

At a meeting we will explain all relevant aspects of the guarantee and any associated mortgage to you. If you are happy to proceed with the guarantee, we will then witness your signature of all relevant bank documents. We will also provide a Solicitor's Certificate if required by the bank.
