Indi Fish and Chips

Weekend of the 9th March 13 - Lined up to order fish and chips for my family (local to Perth area). Only one staff member serving all personnel but staff was friendly. Unfortunately it took at least 35 mins to order due to minimal staff and only one register serviceable. After ordering I had to wait another 45 mins to receive my order which was supplied in stages as they initially ran out of fish and batter and I noted the staff were still taking orders. Once I did receive my order, the fish was very much over cooked and the batter was extremely thick (up to 20mm thick) and very doughy. The fish pieces were very thin and small for the price, and I noted the chief was cutting the supplied fillets in half again from there original supplied size. I hate to say this but it is the worst quality fish and chips I have every had in Perth and definitely over price for what you get and wait for!
