I love the food at this restaurant. The flavours blend together perfectly, and I have never had a meal that wasn't to my satisfaction. The warm breads for an entree are absolutely delicious. The service can be slow at times, however the food is definitely worth the wait. The curries are made to your tastes, whether you like them mild or ultra spicy, and the meat used is always tender and juicy.
Well I've never been to India so sadly I can't tell how authentic the food is...however the food is sensational and entices you back.
The restaurant is neat, slightly upmarket without being stiff. Indigo's has an extensive selection so no matter what your fancy they're bound to please. If you're getting take-away then be prepared; you're getting a fine meal and this is reflected in the price (which stung me a bit the first time around). On the nights we've been the owners were prepared to vary their dishes according to our taste and the meals arrived quickly. Whenever I walk past Indigo's it always has a healthy number of customers...so I guess I'm not the only one who likes the food. It's located in a strip in Lindfield were there's plenty of competition keeping everyone on their toes. It's also close to the station, bottle shops, taxi ranks etc.If you're after a quiet restaurant with excellent food and a neat almost corporate decor then Indigos is worth checking out.
