When you ring, no one is prepared to take the booking unless the managers there because they said, they don't want to get into trouble??? What???

The managers never there!!

This is a waste of money.

Do not buy their vouchers!!!!

I too bought a Scoopon voucher for full head foils, toner, cut, blow wave & GHD. I rang next day and earliest appt was 3 1/2months off, no Fri or Sat bookings (despite what the voucher stated). I turned up, sat waiting 45min (3 hairdressers only 1 customer & 1 of the hairdressers doing her hair) after 45min I was told they didnt have time to do my foils (which was why I bought the deal). I arranged another booking 1 week later a Monday -turned up & was greeted with a letter on the door stating they had to close & had tried calling me(I have my phon on 24 x 7 -I was never called)! Made a 3rd booking, had the foils done. They "don't accept credit or eftpos only cash" -do your self a favour & don't go. Worst hairdressing appt I've ever had

I booked an appointment with a deal from one of those online deals. It was for full head of foils, cut and blow wave. The appointment was not difficult to get and was booked the next week which was nice, As I was coming from the other side of town, I was running late.. But spoke to the staff before hand and said I am about 20 minutes late is that OK, should I still come, they said yes thats fine. When I got there (20 min late) they said they wont be able to see me as they have to leave early.. I purchased a voucher from Group On which included Full head of foils and toner, Cut, Blow dry and $20 voucher for only $79.

Although I live all the way on the other side of the city from Thomastown, I thought it was a great deal and purchased it anyway.

When I got there I was 20 min late and the staff told me they cannot do my hair because I am late or they will only do half as they have to leave early and they have another customer coming. I will come back for shore and their prices are so reasonable. I saved heaps compared to my other hairdresser. Good service and even got a coffee while waiting.
